You’re:

But it isn’t.
Your life is never lived in isolation.
Even when it feels quiet, it is shaping the people around you.
1. Influence Is Often Unseen
We tend to think influence looks like:
- visibility
- leadership
- recognition
- scale
But most influence is far more ordinary.
It shows up in:
- how you respond
- how you listen
- how you carry tension
- how you treat people
These moments rarely feel significant.
But they accumulate.
2. People Notice More Than You Think
You may not hear it.
You may not see it.
But people are noticing:
- your steadiness
- your patience
- your restraint
- your consistency
Not as a performance.
